Ask for input related to your products and services
The whole OneDesk process stems around the idea that the best requirements are created from good feedback. One of the ways that we can ask for input regarding issues or ideas related to products or services, is through the customer portal. The customer portal is our secondary interface, and is very valuable, because it allows you to promote and maintain two-way dialogue with your customers while also helping you to engage with them and as a result- enable you to develop stronger customer relationships.
