Herfra kan vi tilf\u00f8je et e-mail-dom\u00e6ne eller flere e-mail-dom\u00e6ner tilknyttet denne organisation. Nye kunder fra dette e-mail-dom\u00e6ne vil automatisk blive tilf\u00f8jet til den korrekte organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Du kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6lge, hvordan du automatisk ruter eventuelle billetter eller opgaver fra denne kundeorganisation. Tildel dem til specifikke agenter, teams, projekter, SLA&#8217;er og mere.<\/p>\n<p>Du kan ogs\u00e5 dele projekter med kundeorganisationen. Afh\u00e6ngigt af dine indstillinger p\u00e5 kundeapps kan dette give kunderne adgang til billetterne og opgaverne i disse projekter.<\/p>\n<p>Under kundeorganisationen kan du tilf\u00f8je individuelle kundekonti. Vi kan ogs\u00e5 \u00e5bne op for en kundes detaljepanel. Her kan vi redigere kundeoplysningerne, klikke videre for at se de varer, de har anmodet om, se deres fulgte projekter og mere.<\/p>\n<p>Som administrator kan du f\u00e5 adgang til kundeindstillinger ved at klikke p\u00e5 Flere applikationer og derefter Administration.
