Disse e-mails er generelt vigtige og kan derfor i nogle tilf\u00e6lde ikke deaktiveres (dvs. e-mailen til nulstilling af adgangskode). De e-mails, der ikke kan deaktiveres, har en gennemsigtig skifteknap. Deaktivering sletter ikke kunden, alle deres oplysninger vil blive vedligeholdt. Kunden modtager dog ikke meddelelser, s\u00e5 l\u00e6nge de er deaktiveret. N\u00e5r du er f\u00e6rdig, kan du genaktivere kunden. For at g\u00f8re dette skal du g\u00e5 til din kundeapplikation. V\u00e6lg handlingsikonet (tre prikker) ved siden af kunden, og v\u00e6lg deaktiver.
