Kanban-plader og kanban-metoden som helhed har sin oprindelse i fremstillingsindustrien i 1940&#8217;erne. Siden da er kanban-tavler blevet popul\u00e6re i mange brancher fra softwareudvikling til marketing og sundhedspleje.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et kanban board best\u00e5r af f\u00f8lgende komponenter:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kolonner &#8211; Hver kolonne p\u00e5 tavlen repr\u00e6senterer forskellige statusser eller stadier af din arbejdsgang. Toppen af \u200b\u200bkolonnen er navngivet og m\u00e6rket i henhold til disse stadier. Et grundl\u00e6ggende s\u00e6t kolonner kan f.eks. omfatte &#8216;\u00c5ben&#8217;, &#8216;I gang&#8217; og &#8216;Lukket&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kort \u2013 Hvert kort repr\u00e6senterer visuelt noget, dit team arbejder p\u00e5, s\u00e5som billetter eller opgaver. Hvert kort indeholder oplysninger s\u00e5som navn, prioritet og modtagere. Kortene er arrangeret i kolonnerne efter hvilket stadie de er i.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kanban-tavler kan v\u00e6re fysiske eller digitale. Et digitalt kanban-tavle fungerer p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5de som de fysiske. Der er flere v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer dedikeret til kanban-tavler eller som inkluderer kanban sammen med en r\u00e6kke projektstyringsfunktioner. At bruge dem i din projektledelse er en effektiv m\u00e5de at str\u00f8mline din arbejdsgang p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brug af et kanban-br\u00e6t har mange fordele, s\u00e5som:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forbedret arbejdsgang ved at understrege en gr\u00e6nse for igangv\u00e6rende arbejde, hvilket sikrer, at teams forbliver fokuserede.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forbedret samarbejde med et realtidsoverblik over opgaver.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gennemsigtighed over, hvad dit team arbejder med p\u00e5 et givet tidspunkt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giv en nem og visuel m\u00e5de at spore statusser og prioritere i overensstemmelse hermed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<div style=\"height:34px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brug af kanban-tavlen i OneDesk<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I <a href=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/da\/\">OneDesk<\/a> er kanban-tavlen, kaldet statustavlen, tilg\u00e6ngelig for billetter, opgaver, projekter og videnbaseartikler. Du kan ogs\u00e5 \u00e6ndre kolonnerne til at repr\u00e6sentere andre egenskaber udover statusser, s\u00e5som prioritet eller tildelt.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kolonnerne p\u00e5 tavlen svarer til statussen for dine varer og varetyper. Med andre ord, for at konfigurere navnene p\u00e5 statuserne i kolonnerne, skal du konfigurere statusserne for dine billetter, opgaver eller projekter. Du kan f.eks.:  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Flyt et element til en anden status &#8211;<\/strong> Klik og tr\u00e6k elementet til en anden kolonne. For at flytte flere elementer ad gangen skal du holde Ctrl nede og klikke p\u00e5 de \u00f8nskede elementer. Forts\u00e6t med at tr\u00e6kke de valgte elementer til den \u00f8nskede kolonne.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rediger et element<\/strong> &#8211; Klik p\u00e5 det \u00f8nskede element. V\u00e6lg blyantikonet. En fane \u00e5bnes for at redigere elementet. Alternativt kan du i den \u00f8verste bj\u00e6lke g\u00e5 til V\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer og v\u00e6lge &#8216;Dock-detaljepaneler til h\u00f8jre&#8217;. Dette giver dig mulighed for at redigere elementet uden at forlade tavlevisningen.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Opret et element p\u00e5 tavlen<\/strong> &#8211; Klik p\u00e5 knappen Tilf\u00f8j, som vises nederst i kolonnen, n\u00e5r du sv\u00e6ver. Eller klik p\u00e5 et kort og v\u00e6lg ikonet &#8216;Inds\u00e6t nyt element&#8217;. Indtast et navn til det nye element. Med dit OneDesk-kort kan du tilf\u00f8je filtre, \u00e6ndre, hvad kolonnerne repr\u00e6senterer, og \u00e6ndre kolonner\u00e6kkef\u00f8lge og synlighed. Alle disse tilpasningsmuligheder kan gemmes i en &#8216;brugerdefineret visning&#8217;, s\u00e5 du kan skifte mellem forskellige nyttige visninger.  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Klik p\u00e5 plusikonet ved siden af \u200b\u200b&#8217;Mine visninger&#8217; p\u00e5 sidepanelet for at oprette en ny brugerdefineret visning.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e6lg &#8216;Kort&#8217; under layouts.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tilf\u00f8j et filter, hvis du \u00f8nsker det.
