Du t\u00e6nker m\u00e5ske, at helpdesk-funktionerne er alt, hvad du beh\u00f8ver, og undrer dig over, hvorfor du skulle bekymre dig om projekter. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Her er hvorfor: Projekter fungerer som effektive containere, der hj\u00e6lper dig med at organisere og dele elementer effektivt. De giver dig mulighed for at kontrollere synligheden og sikre, at kun de rigtige brugere eller kunder kan se de oplysninger, de har brug for. Selv hvis du ikke planl\u00e6gger at dykke dybt ned i projektstyring, anbefaler vi stadig at bruge Projekter til at holde dine billetter organiseret.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uanset om du leder efter avancerede planl\u00e6gningsmuligheder som Gantt-diagrammer eller kalendervisninger, har brug for at spore tid og fakturering, eller blot \u00f8nsker en nem m\u00e5de at organisere dine opgaver p\u00e5 uden den ekstra kompleksitet, tilbyder OneDesk fleksibilitet, der passer til dine behov.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du har fuld kontrol over, hvordan du konfigurerer dine projektdetaljer \u2013 du skal blot g\u00e5 til projektindstillingerne i administrationspanelet for at tilpasse din arbejdsgang. For at g\u00f8re tingene endnu nemmere har vi redesignet projektdetaljepanelet, s\u00e5 det er mere intuitivt og sikrer en mere gnidningsfri og effektiv brugeroplevelse. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/app.onedesk.com\/cware\/view\/5f1029ae-890a-421e-a961-70e69aa92989\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-members-tab\">1 &#8211; Fanen Medlemmer<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi har gjort det nemmere at administrere projektf\u00f8lgere i OneDesk! Nu finder du bruger- og kundef\u00f8lgere i h\u00f8jre side af projektdetaljepanelet. Herfra kan du tilf\u00f8je medlemmer \u2013 uanset om det er individuelle brugere eller hele teams \u2013 for at f\u00f8lge projektet, samt tilf\u00f8je kundef\u00f8lgere. Det er enkelt at administrere f\u00f8lgere: Du kan hurtigt tilf\u00f8je eller fjerne brugere og endda justere deres roller direkte fra dette panel, hvilket giver dig fuld kontrol over, hvem der holder sig opdateret om dit projekts fremskridt.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-project-work-invoicing-panel-and-items-kpi\">2 &#8211; Projektarbejde\/faktureringspanel og varer KPI<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi har gjort det nemmere at administrere vigtige projektdetaljer. Din planlagte tidsplan, fakturerbare timer, faktureringsmetode og elementlinks har nu deres egne separate paneler. Du kan tilpasse disse paneler eller fjerne dem helt via projektindstillingerne i administrationssektionen. Dette giver dig st\u00f8rre fleksibilitet til at skr\u00e6ddersy din projektops\u00e6tning til dine specifikke behov.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-unschedule-your-projects\">3 &#8211; Fjern planl\u00e6gningen af \u200b\u200bdine projekter<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du kan nu fjerne tidsplanen for projekter (og opgaver) og markere dem som <em>ikke-planlagte<\/em> . Denne funktion giver dig mulighed for effektivt at administrere presserende eller improviserede projekter, der ikke kr\u00e6ver en fast tidslinje, samtidig med at du holder dine planlagte projekter organiserede og p\u00e5 sporet. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-easily-identify-project-templates\">4 &#8211; Identific\u00e9r nemt projektskabeloner<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5r du nu angiver et projekt som en skabelon (4), opdateres ikonet automatisk til standardskabelonikonet (5). P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de kan du hurtigt se, hvilke projekter i din OneDesk der er skabeloner. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-portfolios\">Portef\u00f8ljer<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vil du f\u00e5 mest muligt ud af dine portef\u00f8ljer? Du kan nu tilf\u00f8je eller fjerne elementer og timeseddel-KPI&#8217;er, samt inkludere en beskrivelse for at give dine portef\u00f8ljer mere kontekst. Spor nemt antallet af projekter og elementer i din portef\u00f8lje, og hold styr p\u00e5 dine fakturerbare, fakturerede og godkendte timesedler.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Derudover kan du kontrollere synligheden af \u200b\u200bdin portef\u00f8lje ved at v\u00e6lge, om den er tilg\u00e6ngelig for alle eller kun for forfatteren og projektf\u00f8lgere.
