Klicken Sie zuerst auf das Symbol Weitere Anwendungen und dann auf das Symbol Verwaltung. W\u00e4hlen Sie hier Tickets aus und scrollen Sie nach unten zu Workflow-Automatisierungen. Klicken Sie auf Workflow-Automatisierung erstellen. Im Popup k\u00f6nnen wir nun ausw\u00e4hlen, worauf die Workflow-Automatisierung angewendet werden soll.
