Im Detailbereich der Organisation sehen Sie, dass Sie neue Kundenanfragen mithilfe von Workflow-Automatisierungen weiterleiten k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n<p>Klicken Sie dazu am Ende der Automatisierungsregel auf \u201eRouting-Aktion hinzuf\u00fcgen\u201c. Im Popup k\u00f6nnen Sie eine oder mehrere Aktionen hinzuf\u00fcgen, die ausgef\u00fchrt werden, sobald eine neue Anfrage von dieser Unternehmensorganisation eingeht.
