Die OneDesk Messenger-App organisiert Konversationen, sodass Sie aktuelle und vergangene Konversationen anzeigen und erkennen k\u00f6nnen, an welchen Konversationen Sie beteiligt sind.<\/p>\n<p>Das OneDesk Messenger-Symbol f\u00fcgt einen gr\u00fcnen Kreis hinzu, der die Anzahl der Nachrichten angibt, die Sie noch lesen m\u00fcssen. Dies gibt Ihnen eine Vorstellung davon, wie viele Konversationen neue Nachrichten haben. <\/p>\n<p>Innerhalb der Messenger-Anwendung k\u00f6nnen Sie eine Konversation mit einem Ticket oder einer Aufgabe verkn\u00fcpfen oder aus der Konversation ein neues Ticket oder eine neue Aufgabe erstellen.
