Das Erscheinungsbild Ihres OneDesk-Bots kann angepasst werden und kann basierend auf von Ihnen festgelegten Ausl\u00f6sern reagieren.<\/p>\n<p>Sie k\u00f6nnen das Aussehen Ihres Bots bearbeiten oder das Avatarbild und den Namen des Bots auf eines Ihrer Kundensupport-Mitglieder festlegen. Um Ihren Bot anzupassen, klicken Sie auf Weitere Anwendungen, Verwaltung und dann auf Unternehmenseinstellungen. Unter Bot-Einstellungen k\u00f6nnen Sie den Botnamen und den Avatar \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n<p>Um Online- und Offline-Begr\u00fc\u00dfungen und Offline-Nachrichten einzurichten, klicken Sie auf die Messenger-Anwendung. Hier k\u00f6nnen Sie die Begr\u00fc\u00dfung der Begr\u00fc\u00dfungsseite einstellen.
