Wenn ich genug Platz habe, kann ich es an der Seite andocken, damit bei der Auswahl verschiedener Tickets die Details aktualisiert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Unten sehen Sie die Konversationen. Wenn ich eine &#8220;neue Konversation&#8221; erstelle, habe ich die M\u00f6glichkeit, eine Kundenantwort oder eine interne Nachricht daraus zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn sich ein Kunde bewirbt, geht dies an den Kunden, der dieses Ticket angefordert hat. Es wird auch an alle internen Follower gesendet, die Benutzer Ihres Unternehmens sind, die diesem Ticket folgen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ich jedoch eine interne Nachricht erstellen m\u00f6chte, wird der Kunde nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt. Dies ist n\u00fctzlich, da ich damit mehrere parallele Gespr\u00e4che auf demselben Ticket f\u00fchren kann. Eine, an der der Kunde beteiligt ist, und eine, an der nur mein internes Team beteiligt ist.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt einige Konfigurationsoptionen, die Sie ebenfalls verwenden k\u00f6nnen. Wenn ich beispielsweise in die Verwaltung gehe, kann ich in die Unternehmenspr\u00e4ferenzen gehen und entscheiden, ob meine Konversation standardm\u00e4\u00dfig eine &#8220;Kundenantwort&#8221; oder eine &#8220;interne Nachricht&#8221; ist. Dies erspart mir jedes Mal einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Klick, wenn ich auf eine neue Konversation klicke.
