H\u00e4ufige Beispiele hierf\u00fcr sind das automatische Senden von Antworten auf neue Tickets oder das automatische Einf\u00fcgen neuer Tickets in ein bestimmtes Projekt oder das Zuweisen dieser Tickets zu einem bestimmten Benutzer.<\/p>\n<p>Schauen wir uns an, wie Sie diese erstellen und \u00e4ndern. Klicken Sie hier auf das Administrationssymbol. W\u00e4hlen Sie die Anwendung aus, von der Sie betroffen sein m\u00f6chten. In diesem Fall schauen wir uns Tickets an und scrollen nach unten zum Abschnitt zur Workflow-Automatisierung. Hier sehen Sie eine Liste der Workflow-Automatisierungen, die auf Ihren Tickets ausgef\u00fchrt werden. Beispielsweise ver\u00f6ffentlicht dieser automatisch neue Tickets im Kundenportal. Es sendet eine E-Mail an den Anforderer. Hier ist die Betreffzeile der E-Mail und hier ist der Hauptinhalt der E-Mail. Wie Sie sehen k\u00f6nnen, enthalten der Textinhalt und die Betreffzeile einige dynamische Eigenschaften.
