Dies sind Formulare, mit denen neue Tickets, Aufgaben oder andere Arten von Elementen erstellt werden. Sie k\u00f6nnen eines der Formulare sehen, indem Sie auf Hinzuf\u00fcgen, Ticket klicken, und hier sehen Sie das Standard-Ticketformular. Mit diesem Formular kann ein interner Benutzer ein neues Ticket erstellen. Es gibt \u00e4hnliche Formulare f\u00fcr Aufgaben, Stundenzettel und so weiter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sie k\u00f6nnen diese Formulare \u00e4ndern, indem Sie zur Verwaltung gehen, Formulare ausw\u00e4hlen und ausw\u00e4hlen, welchen Elementtyp Sie \u00e4ndern m\u00f6chten. Sie k\u00f6nnen separate Formulare f\u00fcr jeden Ihrer Tickettypen und jeden Ihrer Aufgabentypen haben. Hier k\u00f6nnen Sie verschiedene Eigenschaften festlegen, die Sie Ihrem Formular hinzuf\u00fcgen m\u00f6chten. Dazu k\u00f6nnen Sie versteckte Eigenschaften anzeigen. Wenn ich beispielsweise den Lebenszyklusstatus einschlie\u00dfen m\u00f6chte, kann ich diesen aktivieren und feststellen, ob diese Eigenschaften erforderlich sind. Da ich diese \u00c4nderungen vorgenommen habe, k\u00f6nnen Sie jetzt, wenn ich auf Neues Ticket erstellen klicke, sehen, dass der Lebenszyklusstatus jetzt im Formular enthalten ist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manchmal sind es Ihre Kunden, die die Formulare einreichen. Schauen Sie dazu unten in der Seitenleiste unter dem Abschnitt Kunden-Apps nach, dort gibt es einen Abschnitt namens Webformulare. W\u00e4hlen Sie das aus, und hier k\u00f6nnen Sie das Tickets-Formular \u00e4ndern, das sich in Ihrem Kundenportal befindet. Sie k\u00f6nnen mehrere Formulare f\u00fcr Ihre Kunden hinzuf\u00fcgen, um neue Aufgaben oder Tickets oder andere von Ihnen aktivierte Elementtypen einzureichen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Schauen wir uns das Ticketformular an. Ich kann das erweitern und den Titel des Formulars \u00e4ndern, welcher Text auf dem Formular erscheint, welche Eigenschaften auf dem Formular erscheinen, einschlie\u00dflich benutzerdefinierter Eigenschaften, ob diese Eigenschaften erforderlich sind und so weiter. Ich kann diesem Formular auch neue Eigenschaften hinzuf\u00fcgen und diese ben\u00f6tigen.
