Sie k\u00f6nnen dies tun, indem Sie in OneDesk zur Registerkarte &#8220;Kunde&#8221; wechseln, mit der Maus \u00fcber Ihre Kundenorganisation fahren, auf die drei Punkte klicken und auf &#8220;Organisationsdetails anzeigen&#8221; klicken um die E-Mail-Domain hinzuzuf\u00fcgen. F\u00fcr dieses Unternehmen w\u00fcrden wir also davon ausgehen, dass es sich um 123company.com handelt. Sie k\u00f6nnen bei Bedarf mehrere E-Mail-Dom\u00e4nen hinzuf\u00fcgen und von hier aus neue Artikel von dieser Kundenorganisation weiterleiten. Das bedeutet also, dass Tickets, die von jemandem mit der E-Mail-Adresse @ 123.com eingehen, entsprechend Ihrer Routing-Aktion entsprechend platziert werden. Wenn ich beispielsweise das Projekt jedes Mal \u00e4ndern m\u00f6chte, wenn diese Kundenorganisation ein Ticket einsendet, muss ich nur auf Durchgef\u00fchrte Aktionen und auf Projekt \u00e4ndern klicken und dann ausw\u00e4hlen, welches Projekt ich m\u00f6chte lege es hinein. Ich m\u00f6chte, dass es in Sample Release platziert wird, und dann m\u00fcsste ich nur noch auf Speichern klicken.
