Um alle Wartungs- und Fehlerbehebungsanforderungen zu erf\u00fcllen, ist es h\u00e4ufig erforderlich, Helpdesk-Teams zu haben, die sich auf die wichtigsten Teile des IT-Service spezialisiert haben.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"CENTER\"><strong>Netzwerkteams:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eines der Teams innerhalb der Helpdesk-Organisation wird das Netzwerkteam sein. Funktioniert die von mir angerufene Anwendung nicht, weil das Netzwerk oder ein Teil des Netzwerks ausgefallen ist? Warum ist es unten? Welche Ma\u00dfnahmen m\u00fcssen ergriffen werden, um das Netzwerk wiederherzustellen? Dies sind alles Fragen, die eine Person, die Probleme mit Druckern oder Laptops bearbeitet, m\u00f6glicherweise nicht schnell beantworten kann.
