OneDesk allows the use of dynamic properties to insert relevant information into a message depending on what it is attached to. This can currently be accessed through saved replies and email templates. It allows you to pull information about the ticket, task or project and insert it into a conversation, message or email.
Dynamic Properties for Items
This table shows all dynamic properties for items:
