Los puntajes que recopile se pueden usar para determinar la capacidad de un agente de atenci\u00f3n al cliente, lo que ayuda a los gerentes de equipo a tomar decisiones para mejorar sus servicios de asistencia t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n<p>De forma predeterminada, estas encuestas se env\u00edan a los clientes dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la marcaci\u00f3n de un ticket como cerrado. Las encuestas instan a los clientes a calificar su experiencia positiva o negativamente y permiten que los clientes puedan enviar sus opiniones sobre el servicio que recibieron.
