Estos campos personalizados le permiten recopilar tipos espec\u00edficos de informaci\u00f3n, como opciones desplegables, n\u00fameros, texto y m\u00e1s. Incluso puede crear automatizaciones de flujo de trabajo basadas en propiedades de campo personalizadas.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, creemos una propiedad personalizada en un ticket. Primero, haga clic en el icono M\u00e1s aplicaciones, luego en el icono Administraci\u00f3n. Aqu\u00ed, haga clic en Tickets y despl\u00e1cese hacia abajo hasta Campos personalizados. Haga clic en Crear campo personalizado e ingrese un nombre para el campo. Crearemos un campo de Ubicaci\u00f3n del servicio, que nos permitir\u00e1 asignar tickets autom\u00e1ticamente seg\u00fan la ubicaci\u00f3n del servicio seleccionada.
