Si bien los clientes recibir\u00e1n actualizaciones por correo electr\u00f3nico, el portal les ofrece un lugar centralizado para ver sus tickets y discutirlos con usted.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OneDesk tambi\u00e9n ofrece otras herramientas de atenci\u00f3n al cliente. Adem\u00e1s de opciones como la base de conocimientos y el bot de IA, el portal puede ayudar a promover el autoservicio y minimizar las preguntas que recibe sobre actualizaciones de solicitudes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como administrador de OneDesk, puede decidir qu\u00e9 informaci\u00f3n compartir con sus clientes. Para hacer esto, haga clic en el \u00edcono M\u00e1s aplicaciones, seleccione Administraci\u00f3n y luego navegue hasta su Portal de Tickets.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la configuraci\u00f3n de su portal, puede decidir qu\u00e9 tickets puede ver un cliente cuando inicia sesi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Debajo de estos ajustes puedes definir qu\u00e9 propiedades del ticket son visibles. Puedes marcar estas propiedades como &#8220;editables&#8221;, lo que significa que el cliente puede cambiar la propiedad despu\u00e9s de enviar el ticket.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la siguiente pesta\u00f1a, puedes personalizar y configurar la apariencia de tu portal.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puedes incluir tu logotipo y cambiar el color principal y los colores del texto para que se adapten a tu marca.
