Como puede ver, la respuesta se ha publicado en una nueva conversaci\u00f3n de respuestas de clientes. Cuando el cliente responde por correo electr\u00f3nico, esto se incluir\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente aqu\u00ed en esta conversaci\u00f3n. Cuando envi\u00e9 mi mensaje, el estado cambi\u00f3 autom\u00e1ticamente a cliente pendiente, porque fui el \u00faltimo en responder. Y ahora estoy esperando que el cliente responda. Cuando el cliente responda, cambiar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente a agente pendiente y as\u00ed sucesivamente entre esos dos estados hasta que finalmente lo cierre. Entonces, ese es el flujo b\u00e1sico de emisi\u00f3n de boletos en OneDesk, donde entra un correo electr\u00f3nico, tiene una conversaci\u00f3n de ida y vuelta.
