D\u00e9jame mostrarte eso.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed estoy abriendo los detalles de un ticket. Si tengo suficiente espacio, puedo acoplarlo a un lado para que, a medida que seleccione diferentes boletos, se actualicen los detalles.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s abajo, ver\u00e1 las conversaciones y si creo una &#8216;nueva conversaci\u00f3n&#8217;, tengo la oportunidad de convertirla en una respuesta del cliente o un mensaje interno.<\/p>\n<p>Si se trata de una solicitud de cliente, esto se enviar\u00e1 al cliente que solicit\u00f3 este boleto. Tambi\u00e9n se enviar\u00e1 a los seguidores internos que sean usuarios de su empresa que est\u00e9n siguiendo este ticket.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, si quiero hacer un mensaje interno, no incluir\u00e1 al cliente. Esto es \u00fatil porque me permite tener m\u00faltiples conversaciones paralelas en el mismo ticket. Uno que involucre al cliente y otro que solo involucre a mi equipo interno.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hay algunas opciones de configuraci\u00f3n que puede utilizar. Por ejemplo, si entro en administraci\u00f3n, puedo ingresar a las preferencias de la empresa y puedo decidir si de manera predeterminada mi conversaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 una &#8216;respuesta del cliente&#8217; o un &#8216;mensaje interno&#8217;. Esto me ahorrar\u00e1 un clic adicional cada vez que haga clic en una nueva conversaci\u00f3n.
