Tanto los tickets como las tareas se ingresan en OneDesk a trav\u00e9s de uno de los cinco canales: correo electr\u00f3nico, chat, importaci\u00f3n, adici\u00f3n manual o formularios web. Puede utilizar la herramienta de automatizaci\u00f3n del flujo de trabajo de OneDesk para automatizar acciones tanto en tickets como en tareas.<br \/>\nEntonces, \u00bfqu\u00e9 son los tickets y las tareas?<br \/>\nEn OneDesk, se comportan pr\u00e1cticamente de la misma manera; todo lo que pueda hacer con una tarea, tambi\u00e9n lo puede hacer con un ticket. Ambos son elementos de trabajo y tienen la misma funcionalidad. Esto significa que puede capturar un ticket y una tarea de la misma manera a trav\u00e9s de los cinco canales, y ambos tienen capacidades de automatizaci\u00f3n del flujo de trabajo, estados y m\u00e1s.<br \/>\nSin embargo, las tareas y los tickets son diferentes en algunos aspectos.
