Los tickets son principalmente para atenci\u00f3n al cliente, mientras que las tareas son principalmente para la planificaci\u00f3n o escalamiento de proyectos.  <\/p>\n<p>Los tickets y las tareas se pueden organizar en los siguientes objetos: carteras, proyectos y carpetas.  <\/p>\n<p>Los portafolios y carpetas crean estructura. Los portafolios organizan proyectos. Los proyectos son contenedores de tickets y tareas. Dentro de cada cartera se encuentran los diversos proyectos en los que est\u00e1 trabajando el equipo.
