Los usuarios (agentes) son miembros de tu equipo, generalmente aquellos a quienes se les asignan tickets o tareas. Los clientes (o usuarios finales) pueden ser externos o internos a tu empresa, pero son las personas para quienes prestas servicios o respondes consultas. <\/p><p>Los clientes pueden interactuar a trav\u00e9s de:<\/p><ul><li>Correo electr\u00f3nico: Los clientes pueden enviar tickets, recibir notificaciones y responder a actualizaciones desde su correo electr\u00f3nico. (Aprenderemos m\u00e1s sobre esto m\u00e1s adelante en la gu\u00eda). <\/li><li>Aplicaciones para clientes: Los clientes pueden interactuar mediante las aplicaciones para clientes. Estas aplicaciones incluyen: la p\u00e1gina de inicio, el chat en vivo, el portal, los formularios web y la base de conocimientos.  Se pueden implementar cualquiera o todos estos. Se puede acceder a las aplicaciones desde navegadores m\u00f3viles, port\u00e1tiles o de escritorio mediante un enlace o el widget web que puede integrar en su sitio web. A diferencia de los filtros, el \u00e1mbito funciona sobre las vistas. El \u00e1mbito tambi\u00e9n permite el acceso a proyectos archivados o no compartidos.  <\/li><li>Crear y administrar vistas: (se muestra al pasar el cursor) Haga clic en el icono &#8220;M\u00e1s&#8221; para crear una nueva vista personalizada. Haga clic en el icono &#8220;Engranaje&#8221; para administrar su sistema y las vistas personalizadas, incluyendo eliminarlas o reordenarlas. <\/li><li>Vistas del sistema: estas son sus vistas y dise\u00f1os b\u00e1sicos. Al borrar un filtro, volver\u00e1 a una de estas vistas. <\/li><li>Vistas personalizadas: son sus vistas personalizadas guardadas. Los clientes se agregar\u00e1n autom\u00e1ticamente cuando env\u00eden boletos por primera vez. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n puede agregar usuarios o clientes desde el bot\u00f3n &#8220;Agregar&#8221; en la barra superior.  \n\nOneDesk ofrece varias maneras de garantizar que los usuarios solo vean la informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s relevante para ellos. Si no compartes un proyecto, no lo ver\u00e1s ni ver\u00e1s nada dentro de \u00e9l. Los administradores de cuentas pueden unirse f\u00e1cilmente a los proyectos desde el \u00e1mbito del proyecto. Quienes no sean administradores pueden solicitar unirse y obtener acceso. Una vez que se comparte algo contigo, el proyecto y su contenido aparecen en tu espacio de trabajo.    <\/p><p><strong>Roles de usuario<\/strong><\/p><p>Los usuarios pueden ser administradores o no administradores. Los no administradores no tienen acceso a la configuraci\u00f3n de administrador y tambi\u00e9n pueden tener diferentes permisos de aplicaci\u00f3n.
