Hay muchas funciones en la base de conocimientos (y m\u00e1s por venir) que cubro con m\u00e1s detalle en<a href=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/how-to-use-the-onedesk-knowledge-base\/\"> otra publicaci\u00f3n<\/a> . Si se registra en OneDesk hoy, ya tendr\u00e1 habilitada la Base de conocimientos para que pueda ir directamente a ese art\u00edculo para obtener m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n al respecto.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, si es un usuario actual, estar\u00e1 deshabilitado de forma predeterminada, por lo que el prop\u00f3sito de este art\u00edculo es informarle c\u00f3mo puede habilitarlo y comenzar a trabajar con \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p>OneDesk le permite crear un elemento de trabajo (que llamaremos un &#8220;art\u00edculo de la base de conocimientos&#8221;) y publicarlos en la &#8220;aplicaci\u00f3n del cliente&#8221; de la base de conocimientos para que sus clientes lo vean. Puede crearlos haciendo clic en el bot\u00f3n Agregar en la barra azul superior y creando un art\u00edculo de la Base de conocimientos (aseg\u00farese de que est\u00e9n publicados).
