OneDesk's Dashboard Widget
Keep up to date with key performance indicators and see what your team is up to in OneDesk.
OneDesk has a dashboard widget which displays the key performance indicators for your operations. It serves as a roll up of KPIs that show you important statistics relating to your tickets and tasks. It can be toggled on/off and works in both default as well as custom views. Clicking through different parts of the widget will filter down your data further.
The dashboard widget in summary lets you:
- Get a breakdown of your work progress
- Check to see whos working on what in real time
- See the distribution of work among your team
