Webforms

Let customers or end-users submit tickets or requests via forms.

Customizable ticket and request forms

Forms, also called webforms, allow your customers or end-users to submit tickets, tasks, or requests. Forms can be configured with custom fields, text, and even images to provide and capture necessary details.  You can make fields required, ensuring customers fill in the required information.

Create multiple forms

In OneDesk, you can have multiple types of ticket or request types. Types are great if you have multiple services with different workflows or concerns. You can create forms for each of your ticket or request types. This feature allows you to easily capture everything from issues, requests, and feedback.

Organize your requests

Organize incoming customer requests from webforms by auto-routing them based on the requestor’s selection.

Every webform can look different and can:

  • Collect unique information with different fields
  • Collect attachments
  • Be auto-triaged or routed
  • Be embedded into a different location
  • Have their own URL
