Ces champs personnalis\u00e9s vous permettent de collecter des types d&#8217;informations sp\u00e9cifiques tels que des options d\u00e9roulantes, des nombres, du texte, etc. Vous pouvez m\u00eame cr\u00e9er des automatisations de workflow bas\u00e9es sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de champ personnalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, cr\u00e9ons une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 personnalis\u00e9e sur un ticket. Cliquez d&#8217;abord sur l&#8217;ic\u00f4ne Plus d&#8217;applications, puis sur l&#8217;ic\u00f4ne Administration. Ici, cliquez sur Billets et faites d\u00e9filer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 Champs personnalis\u00e9s. Cliquez sur Cr\u00e9er un champ personnalis\u00e9 et saisissez un nom pour le champ.
