Cliquez d&#8217;abord sur l&#8217;ic\u00f4ne Plus d&#8217;applications, puis sur l&#8217;ic\u00f4ne Administration. Ici, s\u00e9lectionnez Tickets et faites d\u00e9filer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 Workflow Automations. Cliquez sur Cr\u00e9er une automatisation de flux de travail. Double-cliquez sur le nom de l&#8217;organisation pour ouvrir son panneau de d\u00e9tails.
