Ici, vous trouverez vos clients individuels regroup\u00e9s sous leurs organisations respectives. <\/p>\n<p>Double-cliquez sur une organisation de l&#8217;entreprise. Je vais choisir Orwell ici. Dans le panneau de d\u00e9tail de l&#8217;organisation, vous verrez que vous pouvez acheminer les nouvelles demandes des clients \u00e0 l&#8217;aide des automatisations de workflow. <\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, cliquez sur &#8216;ajouter une action de routage&#8217; \u00e0 la fin de la r\u00e8gle d&#8217;automatisation. Dans la fen\u00eatre contextuelle, vous pouvez ajouter une ou plusieurs actions qui seront prises une fois qu&#8217;une nouvelle demande sera re\u00e7ue de cette organisation de l&#8217;entreprise. Pour cet exemple, nous attribuerons les demandes entrantes \u00e0 Christopher, qui sera le gestionnaire de compte d\u00e9sign\u00e9 pour Orwell.
