Outre des options telles que la base de connaissances et le bot IA, le portail peut contribuer \u00e0 promouvoir le libre-service et \u00e0 minimiser les questions que vous recevez concernant les mises \u00e0 jour des demandes <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En tant qu&#8217;administrateur OneDesk, vous pouvez d\u00e9cider des informations \u00e0 partager avec vos clients.
