L&#8217;apparence de votre bot OneDesk peut \u00eatre personnalis\u00e9e et peut r\u00e9pondre en fonction des d\u00e9clencheurs que vous d\u00e9finissez.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez modifier l&#8217;apparence de votre bot ou d\u00e9finir l&#8217;image et le nom de l&#8217;avatar du bot sur l&#8217;un des membres de votre service client. Pour personnaliser votre bot, cliquez sur Plus d&#8217;applications, Administration, puis Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de l&#8217;entreprise. Sous Param\u00e8tres du bot, vous pouvez modifier le nom et l&#8217;avatar du bot.<\/p>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9finir des salutations en ligne et hors ligne et des messages hors ligne, cliquez sur l&#8217;application Messenger. Ici, vous pouvez d\u00e9finir les salutations de la page d&#8217;accueil. Le bot r\u00e9pondra lorsque votre \u00e9quipe sera hors ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement cr\u00e9er des r\u00e9ponses automatis\u00e9es que le bot enverra en votre nom. Vous pouvez le faire en cr\u00e9ant des automatisations de workflow bas\u00e9es sur des tickets, des t\u00e2ches ou des projets. Par exemple, nous allons cr\u00e9er une r\u00e9ponse de bot pour les demandes de r\u00e9initialisation de mot de passe.<\/p>\n<p>Nous allons d\u00e9finir les filtres pour le moment o\u00f9 un ticket est cr\u00e9\u00e9 et s&#8217;il contient un mot-cl\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0mot de passe\u00a0\u00bb.
