N&#8217;oubliez pas que OneDesk cr\u00e9era automatiquement de nouveaux tickets et dossiers clients \u00e0 mesure que de nouveaux e-mails arriveront.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce type d&#8217;importation prend en charge les fichiers CSV, mmp, mpt<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors de l&#8217;importation, il n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&#8217;avoir des titres de colonne dans votre fichier d&#8217;importation, car le mappage des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de colonne aux champs appropri\u00e9s se fait facilement via des listes d\u00e9roulantes dans votre OneDesk. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les options d&#8217;importation sont centralis\u00e9es sous l&#8217;onglet Outils dans l&#8217;en-t\u00eate, donc pour commencer, cliquez<\/span> sur <b>Outils<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dans la barre sup\u00e9rieure et s\u00e9lectionnez<\/span> <b>Importer<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00e9lectionnez ensuite<\/span> <b>Tickets\/T\u00e2ches<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez le fichier csv que vous souhaitez importer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensuite, associez les colonnes aux champs appropri\u00e9s en s\u00e9lectionnant le nom du champ dans les menus d\u00e9roulants. Les autres propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sont facultatives mais incluent\u00a0: description, priorit\u00e9, travail pr\u00e9vu, type de contrainte, pr\u00e9nom\/nom du client, adresse e-mail du client, organisation du client, pr\u00e9nom\/nom du cessionnaire, e-mail du cessionnaire.
