Apr\u00e8s 7 jours, le ticket est d\u00e9finitivement supprim\u00e9 de OneDesk. \u00c0 tout moment au cours de cette p\u00e9riode, vous pouvez restaurer le ticket dont la suppression \u00e9tait programm\u00e9e \u00e0 son \u00e9tat ant\u00e9rieur sans perdre aucune information.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deleting-a-ticket-in-onedesk\">Supprimer un ticket dans OneDesk<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour planifier la suppression d&#8217;un ticket, acc\u00e9dez d&#8217;abord \u00e0 l&#8217;application de tickets dans OneDesk. Ensuite, s\u00e9lectionnez le ticket que vous souhaitez supprimer. Sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche, s\u00e9lectionnez les trois points dans la colonne \u00abactions\u00bb. De l\u00e0, vous pouvez choisir de supprimer le ticket.<br\/><br\/>Une fois que vous avez s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 l&#8217;option de suppression de votre billet, vous serez invit\u00e9 \u00e0 confirmer que vous souhaitez programmer la suppression du billet. Si vous s\u00e9lectionnez \u00abprogrammer pour la suppression\u00bb, le ticket sera retir\u00e9 de votre vue et supprim\u00e9 apr\u00e8s 7 jours.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/delete-ticket.png\" alt=\"suppression d'un billet\" class=\"wp-image-142350\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-accessing-your-to-be-deleted-tickets\">Acc\u00e9der \u00e0 vos billets \u00e0 supprimer<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois que vous avez programm\u00e9 la suppression d&#8217;un ticket, le ticket est supprim\u00e9 de votre vue et archiv\u00e9 dans un projet \u00abArchivage\u00bb dans OneDesk. Si vous souhaitez annuler la suppression, vous devez activer la possibilit\u00e9 de voir les projets archiv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour voir le projet dans lequel votre ticket a \u00e9t\u00e9 archiv\u00e9, acc\u00e9dez d&#8217;abord \u00e0 l&#8217;application \u00abProjets\u00bb sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 gauche de l&#8217;interface OneDesk. Ensuite, dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit, s\u00e9lectionnez le menu action (trois points), et cochez <strong>les deux cases<\/strong> : \u00ab afficher tous les projets \u00bb et \u00ab afficher les projets archiv\u00e9s \u00bb. Vous verrez maintenant un projet intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00c9l\u00e9ments archiv\u00e9s (ann\u00e9e en cours)\u00bb.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/archived-items.png\" alt=\"&#xE9;l&#xE9;ments archiv&#xE9;s\" class=\"wp-image-142339\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De retour \u00e0 l&#8217;application de tickets, le projet archiv\u00e9 est maintenant visible avec notre ticket qui doit \u00eatre supprim\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/project-now-visible.png\" alt=\"projet archiv&#xE9; visible\" class=\"wp-image-142361\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-restoring-a-ticket-scheduled-for-deletion\">Restaurer un ticket dont la suppression est programm\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez restaurer un ticket dont la suppression est programm\u00e9e \u00e0 tout moment avant la fin des 7 jours du projet archiv\u00e9. Pour restaurer le ticket en question, s\u00e9lectionnez d&#8217;abord le ticket dans le projet archiv\u00e9. Ensuite, s\u00e9lectionnez les trois points dans la colonne des actions et s\u00e9lectionnez &#8220;Restaurer&#8221;.<br\/><br\/>La s\u00e9lection de cette option d\u00e9sarchivera le ticket et le d\u00e9programmera de la suppression. De plus, OneDesk tentera de replacer le ticket dans tous les projets et dossiers auxquels il appartenait avant d&#8217;\u00eatre programm\u00e9 pour suppression. Si le dossier a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9, le ticket sera plac\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin du projet.
