Ceux-ci sont ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s via des automatisations, donc pour les d\u00e9sactiver, nous devons d\u00e9sactiver l&#8217;automatisation. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cliquez sur l&#8217;identifiant bleu de l&#8217;automatisation (par exemple l&#8217;automatisation A02). D\u00e9sactivez ensuite <strong>&#8220;Activer cette automatisation du flux de travail&#8221;<\/strong> . Cliquez sur <strong>Enregistrer<\/strong> . Ces e-mails sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement importants et ne peuvent donc pas \u00eatre d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s dans certains cas (c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire l&#8217;e-mail de r\u00e9initialisation du mot de passe). Les e-mails qui ne peuvent pas \u00eatre d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s ont un bouton bascule transparent. La d\u00e9sactivation ne supprime pas le client, toutes ses informations seront conserv\u00e9es. Cependant, le client ne recevra pas de notifications tant qu&#8217;elles seront d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9es. Une fois que vous avez termin\u00e9, vous pouvez r\u00e9activer le client. Pour ce faire, rendez-vous dans votre application Clients. S\u00e9lectionnez l&#8217;ic\u00f4ne d&#8217;action (trois points) \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du client et s\u00e9lectionnez d\u00e9sactiver. D\u00e9sactivez &#8220;D\u00e9sactiver tous les e-mails sortants&#8221;. Tous les e-mails envoy\u00e9s pendant cette p\u00e9riode ne seront PAS envoy\u00e9s.
