Vous pouvez ajouter le champ lors de la cr\u00e9ation ou en acc\u00e9dant \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment appropri\u00e9 <strong>Administration\u2192 Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du panneau de d\u00e9tails<\/strong> . Vous pouvez voir dans quel projet un champ appara\u00eet dans <strong>Administration \u2192 Champs personnalis\u00e9s<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des champs personnalis\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s au formulaire de cr\u00e9ation de tickets\/t\u00e2ches\/feuilles de temps. Les formulaires internes sont les formulaires utilis\u00e9s lorsque les utilisateurs (agents) cr\u00e9ent quelque chose \u00e0 partir du bouton &#8220;Ajouter&#8221;. Vous pouvez modifier le nom, la valeur par d\u00e9faut ou l&#8217;endroit o\u00f9 le champ appara\u00eet. Vous ne pouvez pas modifier le type d&#8217;un champ personnalis\u00e9 apr\u00e8s sa cr\u00e9ation. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Supprimer des champs<\/strong> &#8211; Cliquez sur l&#8217;ic\u00f4ne \u00ab corbeille \u00bb \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du champ pour le supprimer. <strong>Remarque<\/strong> : La suppression d&#8217;un champ personnalis\u00e9 le supprimera de tous les formulaires et supprimera toutes les informations saisies dans le champ.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:67px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-create-a-custom-field\"><strong>Cr\u00e9er un champ personnalis\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Administration \u2192 Champs personnalis\u00e9s \u2192 D\u00e9velopper Ajouter et modifier des champs personnalis\u00e9s \u2192 Cr\u00e9er un champ personnalis\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Donnez au champ un nom et un type de donn\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez le panneau de d\u00e9tails dans lequel vous souhaitez qu&#8217;il apparaisse. Il ne sera pas visible tant qu&#8217;il n&#8217;aura pas \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 un panneau de d\u00e9tails. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour les champs de type choix, vous devrez d\u00e9finir des options. (Entrez le nom de l&#8217;option puis appuyez sur Entr\u00e9e, vous pouvez alors entrer le nom de l&#8217;option suivante).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9finissez une valeur par d\u00e9faut pour le champ (facultatif).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Une fois cr\u00e9\u00e9, vous pouvez ajouter le champ aux formulaires internes ou aux formulaires Web destin\u00e9s aux clients.
