La version de janvier\u00a02025 est d\u00e9sormais disponible et propose de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s et am\u00e9liorations.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-new-user-dashboard\">Tableau de bord du nouvel utilisateur<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">OneDesk dispose d\u00e9sormais d&#8217;un nouveau tableau de bord d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque utilisateur. Sur votre page d&#8217;accueil, vous d\u00e9couvrirez d\u00e9sormais une collection de widgets et d&#8217;indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance (KPI) pour vous aider \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser votre travail. Voici quelques points cl\u00e9s\u00a0:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Widgets interactifs pour vos notifications, t\u00e2ches \u00e0 faire (tickets et t\u00e2ches qui leur sont attribu\u00e9es), calendrier, charge de travail et plus encore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>KPI personnels pour suivre les r\u00e9sultats de votre travail, y compris les t\u00e2ches ouvertes, les tickets, les temps de r\u00e9ponse, les temps suivis, le score SAT et bien plus encore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configurez votre tableau de bord en ajoutant, supprimant et r\u00e9organisant vos widgets et KPI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configurez chaque widget pour filtrer pour vous-m\u00eame\/vos \u00e9quipes\/tous les utilisateurs et la p\u00e9riode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e9ez des tableaux de bord suppl\u00e9mentaires et ajoutez les widgets et les configurations selon vos besoins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Essayez le tableau de bord et d\u00e9couvrez tous les widgets disponibles.
