Nous venons de publier notre nouvelle plateforme &#8216;Customer Apps&#8217; qui vous permet de d\u00e9ployer 3 applications aupr\u00e8s de vos clients (jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent). Certains d&#8217;entre vous connaissent peut-\u00eatre notre<a href=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/the-all-new-onedesk-customer-portal\/\"> Portail Clients<\/a> et notre<a href=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/putting-a-simple-ticket-form-on-your-website\/\"> formulaires Web<\/a> , mais si ce n&#8217;est pas le cas, veuillez consulter mes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents articles sur ces applications destin\u00e9es aux clients. La troisi\u00e8me application est compl\u00e8tement nouvelle: Live Chat. Sur cette page, vous trouverez quelques commutateurs pour activer ou d\u00e9sactiver les diff\u00e9rentes applications client.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-43555\" src=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/enable-customer-apps.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;activation de ces applications les rend disponibles pour vos clients.
