Pour activer cette fonctionnalit\u00e9, vous devrez effectuer les op\u00e9rations suivantes:<\/p>\n<h3>1) Activez le type de ticket &#8220;Article de la base de connaissances&#8221;<\/h3>\n<p>Cela se trouve sous Admin&gt; Des billets&gt; Types de billets<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/types-of-tickets.png\" alt=\"show hidden ticket types\" width=\"1335\" height=\"694\"><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vous devrez peut-\u00eatre &#8220; Afficher les types cach\u00e9s &#8221; si vous ne pouvez pas le voir<br \/>\n&#8211; Vous avez peut-\u00eatre renomm\u00e9 vos types de billets dans le pass\u00e9, auquel cas vous pouvez activer un type inutilis\u00e9 et le renommer.<br \/>\n&#8211; Vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajuster les statuts d&#8217;un article ici.<\/p>\n<h3>2) Activez l&#8217;application client de la base de connaissances<\/h3>\n<p>Cela peut \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 sous Admin&gt; Applications client&gt; Liste des applications client<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Customer-apps-list.png\" alt=\"enable knowledge base\" width=\"1206\" height=\"695\"><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vous devrez peut-\u00eatre &#8220; Afficher les applications cach\u00e9es &#8221; si vous ne pouvez pas le voir<br \/>\n&#8211; Une nouvelle page appara\u00eetra dans votre liste d&#8217;applications client sur la gauche du panneau d&#8217;administration.<\/p>\n<h3>3) Liez le type d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment d&#8217;article \u00e0 l&#8217;application client de la base de connaissances<\/h3>\n<p>Cela se fait sous Admin&gt; Base de connaissances&gt; Quels articles le client peut-il voir sur cette application client?<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/link-article-to-knowledgebase.png\" alt=\"item visibility in knowledge base\" width=\"1335\" height=\"694\"><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; S\u00e9lectionner: le client est autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 voir &#8230; &#8220;Types d&#8217;articles publi\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8211; Ajoutez le type \u00abarticle de la base de connaissances\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h3>4) Cr\u00e9ez des articles<\/h3>\n<p>Votre base de connaissances est maintenant active et n&#8217;a besoin que de quelques articles! Vous pouvez les cr\u00e9er en cliquant sur le bouton Ajouter dans la barre bleue sup\u00e9rieure et en cr\u00e9ant un article de la base de connaissances (assurez-vous qu&#8217;ils sont publi\u00e9s). Puisque vous avez cr\u00e9\u00e9 l&#8217;article de la base de connaissances en tant que type de ticket, ils sont g\u00e9r\u00e9s dans l&#8217;application de tickets. Cr\u00e9ez les vues et les filtres dont vous avez besoin pour les g\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous visitez votre base de connaissances, vous y verrez votre nouvel article. Par d\u00e9faut, votre base de connaissances est ajout\u00e9e en tant que nouvel onglet dans le widget de votre site Web.
