En fonction de votre r\u00f4le dans l&#8217;entreprise, il peut \u00eatre important que vous soyez imm\u00e9diatement inform\u00e9 afin que le client puisse recevoir une r\u00e9ponse rapide. <\/p>\n<p>OneDesk vous permet de contr\u00f4ler ces notifications afin de recevoir les notifications souhait\u00e9es. Vous pouvez trouver ces param\u00e8tres sur votre profil utilisateur (Utilisateurs&gt; Vous)<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/onedesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/my-notification-preferences.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-44057\"><\/p>\n<h3>A l&#8217;autorisation de voir les conversations:<\/h3>\n<p> &#8220;Dans tous les projets&#8221; ou &#8220;Uniquement dans vos projets&#8221;<br \/>\nVotre administrateur peut souhaiter que vous puissiez acc\u00e9der \u00e0 toutes les conversations, quel que soit le projet dans lequel elles se trouvent. OneDesk vous informe des nouveaux messages en affichant une bulle verte, en \u00e9mettant un son et en faisant clignoter l&#8217;onglet du navigateur (si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans cet onglet). Vous NE recevez PAS de notification de vos propres messages et vous NE SEREZ PAS averti si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu le message dans 1 minute. <u>Veuillez garder cela \u00e0 l&#8217;esprit lors du test.<\/u><\/p>\n<h3>Des clients:<\/h3>\n<p>Ici, vous choisissez l&#8217;une des 3 options pour d\u00e9terminer les messages clients dont vous souhaitez \u00eatre averti:<br \/>\n<strong><em>Tous les messages clients<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nChoisissez cette option lorsque vous souhaitez \u00eatre inform\u00e9 de tous les nouveaux messages clients et tickets.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Seulement de mes conversations<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nChoisissez cette option si vous souhaitez uniquement \u00eatre inform\u00e9 des nouveaux messages des clients sur les conversations que vous suivez. Vous \u00eates consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme suivant une conversation si vous \u00eates un adepte de l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment auquel il est attach\u00e9 ou si vous avez particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette conversation dans le pass\u00e9.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Aucun message client<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nChoisissez cette option si vous ne souhaitez pas \u00eatre averti de tout nouveau message client.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c0 partir des utilisateurs et du bot<\/h3>\n<p>Ici, vous pouvez activer ou d\u00e9sactiver les notifications sur les messages des autres utilisateurs et du bot.<br \/>\n<strong><em>Messages internes suivis<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nCela vous permet d&#8217;\u00eatre averti lorsqu&#8217;un nouveau message est fait sur une conversation que vous suivez. Encore une fois, vous \u00eates consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme suit une conversation si vous \u00eates un adepte de l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment auquel il est attach\u00e9 ou si vous avez particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette conversation dans le pass\u00e9. Il est tr\u00e8s peu probable que vous souhaitiez que cette option soit d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9e.<br \/>\n<strong><em>R\u00e9ponses suivies aux clients<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nD\u00e9sactivez cette option si vous ne souhaitez pas \u00eatre inform\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses que vos co\u00e9quipiers apportent aux clients.
