I clienti possono inviare nuovi ticket e attivit\u00e0 direttamente a te utilizzando questo portale, nonch\u00e9 partecipare a conversazioni all&#8217;interno dei loro articoli.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enabling-the-mobile-friendly-ticket-and-task-portals\"><strong>Abilitazione dei portali Mobile-Friendly Ticket e Task<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per abilitare Ticket Portal e Task Portal per MFOD, accedi all&#8217;applicazione OneDesk principale su un dispositivo desktop e vai a <strong>Altre applicazioni &#8211;<\/strong>&gt; <strong>Amministrazione &#8211;<\/strong>&gt; <strong>App dei clienti<\/strong> .
