With new styling and improved performance, our Mobile-Friendly customer applications offer your external users seamless access to a central hub for tickets, webforms, articles, and useful links. Our Mobile-Friendly Applications are included with any subscription to OneDesk, including an unlimited number of customers or external users at no additional cost.
Below are some useful features available with our MFA.
Create a Web Page
You can create your own Web Page that provides external users and customers quick links to your other apps, block links with configurable icons, and lists of links.
Style your apps
You can use different logos and colors for each of your applications, and determine light and dark theme palettes.
It is now also possible to choose the color of your message bubble in the messenger.
Notification features
If you log into the customer application as an internal user, you can easily switch to the Mobile-Friendly version of your OneDesk data by clicking the notification.
You can also enable your own notifications for your external users and customers on your Web Page.
Create a Knowledgebase
You can create your own directory of articles, where you can now enable community engagement.
Create Multiple Versions of Apps
Portal visibility can be set so each customer can only see the items you want them to see. But if you’d like to enable multiple Portals, Messengers, Webform pages, Web Pages, or Knowledgebases, this is possible as well. This way you can style each application differently.

You can access our Mobile-Friendly applications as a user or customer on the OneDesk mobile application for on-the-go access. Our mobile application is free, and you can test it out with your free trial of OneDesk.
Now Available for On-Premise
If you want to host OneDesk on your own servers, these applications are now available for our On-Premise customers as well.
