Laat me je dat laten zien.<\/p>\n<p>Hier open ik de details van een ticket. Als ik genoeg ruimte heb, kan ik het aan de zijkant plaatsen, zodat de details worden bijgewerkt als ik verschillende tickets selecteer.<\/p>\n<p>Beneden zie je de gesprekken en als ik een &#8216;nieuw gesprek&#8217; maak, heb ik de mogelijkheid om er een klantantwoord of een intern bericht van te maken.<\/p>\n<p>Als het een klant is die zich aanmeldt, gaat dit naar de klant die dit ticket heeft aangevraagd. Het wordt ook verzonden naar alle interne volgers van uw bedrijf die dit ticket volgen.<\/p>\n<p>Als ik echter een intern bericht wil maken, wordt de klant er niet in opgenomen. Dit is handig omdat ik hierdoor meerdere parallelle gesprekken kan voeren op hetzelfde ticket. Een waarbij de klant betrokken is en een waar alleen mijn interne team bij betrokken is.<\/p>\n<p>Er zijn ook enkele configuratie-opties die u kunt gebruiken. Als ik bijvoorbeeld de administratie inga, kan ik ingaan op de bedrijfsvoorkeuren en kan ik beslissen of mijn gesprek standaard een &#8216;klantantwoord&#8217; of een &#8216;intern bericht&#8217; zal zijn. Dit bespaart me elke keer dat ik op een nieuw gesprek klik een extra klik.
