Deze gesprekken kunnen worden gekoppeld aan tickets, taken of kunnen losgekoppeld zijn. Ik ga je laten zien hoe dat werkt voor het maken van een nieuw gesprek op een ticket.<\/p>\n<p>Hier heb ik een kaartje geselecteerd. Ik klik op nieuwe conversatie maken en je kunt zien dat ik een klantantwoord of een intern bericht ga sturen. In dit geval doe ik een &#8216;antwoord van de klant&#8217; en kan ik gewoon op het @ -symbool drukken en selecteren wie ik wil toevoegen, en ze worden automatisch zowel als een tag als in de lijst met ontvangers hier toegevoegd.<\/p>\n<p>Ik klik op een nieuw gesprek maken. Je kunt zien dat Jill het heeft ontvangen en ook zij is als volger op dit ticket toegevoegd. U kunt dit zowel met bijgevoegde gesprekken als met onafhankelijke gesprekken doen. Dus als je hier in de messenger bent, kun je ook het @ -symbool gebruiken om gebruikers en klanten aan je gesprekken toe te voegen.
