Zowel tickets als taken worden in OneDesk ingevoerd via een van de vijf kanalen: e-mail, chat, import, handmatig toevoegen of webformulieren. U kunt de workflowautomatiseringstool van OneDesk gebruiken om acties op zowel tickets als taken te automatiseren.<br \/>\nDus wat zijn tickets en taken?<br \/>\nIn OneDesk gedragen ze zich vrijwel hetzelfde; wat je ook met een taak kunt doen, je kunt ook met een kaartje doen. Het zijn beide werkitems en hebben dezelfde functionaliteit. Dit betekent dat u een ticket en een taak op dezelfde manier kunt vastleggen via de vijf kanalen, en dat ze allebei workflowautomatiseringsmogelijkheden, statussen en meer hebben.<br \/>\nTaken en tickets zijn echter op een aantal manieren anders. Laten we eens kijken wat hen anders maakt.<br \/>\nVisueel heeft elk een eigen pictogram dat u overal in de OneDesk-applicatie zult zien. Dit is het ticketpictogram en dit is het taakpictogram.<br \/>\nTickets en taken hebben ook hun eigen speciale applicatie, die toegankelijk is door op hun respectieve pictogrammen in de linkerbalk te klikken.<br \/>\nEn tot slot heeft elk zijn eigen administratieve sectie waaronder u de functionaliteit kunt configureren om beter aan uw voorkeuren te voldoen. U kunt deze sectie openen door linksonder op Meer toepassingen te klikken en vervolgens op Beheer te klikken. Vanuit dit menu kunt u de sectie Tickets of Taken selecteren.<br \/>\nDus waarom heeft OneDesk aparte applicaties voor taken en tickets?<br \/>\nIn het algemeen suggereren best practices dat u verzoeken van klanten afhandelt in de ticketapplicatie en dat u gepland werk toewijst in de taakapplicatie. Dat betekent dat tickets worden gereserveerd voor het afhandelen van klantcommunicatie, terwijl taken worden bewaard voor werk dat moet worden gepland. Daarom wordt OneDesk out-of-the-box geleverd met geplande planningen voor taken, maar niet voor tickets.
