De chatwidget voeg je eenvoudig toe aan je website. Uw klanten kunnen zelfs afbeeldingen plakken of documenten bij hun berichten voegen. Alle berichten die ze naar u sturen, verschijnen in de &#8216;messenger&#8217;-applicatie in OneDesk, waar u kunt reageren en tickets kunt maken van die gesprekken.<\/p>\n<p>U kunt veel dingen over uw livechat-messenger aanpassen. Om toegang te krijgen tot enkele van deze aanpassingsopties, navigeert u naar het beheergedeelte.<br \/>\nSelecteer onder het pictogram Meer toepassingen linksonder het tandwielpictogram. Klik op Bedrijfsvoorkeuren, waar u de botavatar en naam kunt wijzigen. Deze bot reageert op uw klanten op basis van triggers die u instelt.<\/p>\n<p>In de Messenger-toepassing kunt u het uiterlijk van uw livechat-messenger wijzigen, zodat deze past bij de branding van uw organisatie.
