Laten we doornemen hoe u meerdere urenstaten tegelijkertijd kunt maken, evenals een voorbeeld van automatisering voor onze urenstaten.<\/p>\n<h2>Meerdere urenstaten maken<\/h2>\n<p>Er zijn verschillende manieren om urenstaten te maken in OneDesk, hetzij via het detailpaneel van het item, de knop Toevoegen boven aan het scherm of via het actiemenu in het dashboard. Als ik bijvoorbeeld de volgende drie tickets selecteer en ervoor kies om timesheets toe te voegen, begin ik met drie timesheets in het aanmaakscherm. Extra urenstaten kunnen nog steeds worden toegevoegd met de knop, of worden verwijderd, indien nodig.<\/p>\n<p>De details van de urenstaten kunnen indien nodig worden gewijzigd, zoals voor welk item ze worden ingediend, de gewerkte uren, begin- en einddatums, levenscyclusstatus, notities en meer. Als u meerdere urenstaten met vergelijkbare details maakt, kunt u aspecten van \u00e9\u00e9n urenstaat naar alle andere urenstaten kopi\u00ebren door met de muis over het veld te gaan dat u wilt kopi\u00ebren en de optie &#8220;kopi\u00ebren naar alles&#8221; te selecteren.<\/p>\n<p>Als u klaar bent, kunt u uw urenstaten indienen, of alle urenstaten als 100% indienen. Met deze instelling wordt het percentage voltooid van alle betrokken items automatisch ingesteld op 100%.
