Dit is handig om het werk dat voortkomt uit een ticket op te splitsen of om complexe taken op te splitsen in hanteerbare kleinere taken.<\/p>\n<p>Subtaken zijn volwaardige taken die onafhankelijk kunnen worden beheerd, verplaatst, toegewezen, gepland en meer. U kunt individuele gebruikers toewijzen aan de subtaken die u maakt, zodat meerdere gebruikers kunnen samenwerken en \u00e9\u00e9n taak kunnen voltooien.<\/p>\n<p>Om een subtaak aan te maken, open je eerst het detailpaneel van het hoofdticket of de taak waarvoor je subtaken wilt maken. Klik rechtsboven op het tabblad Subtaken &amp; Links. Van hieruit kunt u een subtaak koppelen of een nieuwe aanmaken. <\/p>\n<p>Klik op Nieuwe subtaak en vul de informatie in het aanmaakformulier in. Klik vervolgens op Maken. In het bovenliggende item kunt u deze nieuwe subtaak vinden onder Subtaken en koppelingen. U kunt de status van de subtaak en het voltooiingspercentage, toegewezen personen bekijken, de subtaak ontkoppelen van het bovenliggende item of vanaf dit tabblad naar de subtaak navigeren. De statusbalk bovenaan rolt de status van alle subtaken op.<\/p>\n<p>In het detailpaneel van de subtaken wordt het bovenliggende item ge\u00efdentificeerd onder het tabblad Subtaken en koppelingen. U kunt slechts \u00e9\u00e9n niveau van subtaken hebben. Met andere woorden, subtaken kunnen geen eigen subtaken hebben. <\/p>\n<p>Omdat subtaken onafhankelijk kunnen worden toegewezen, verplaatst en bewerkt, geeft dit u de flexibiliteit om uw werk te beheren zoals u dat wilt.
