De scores die u verzamelt, kunnen worden gebruikt om de capaciteiten van een klantenservicemedewerker te bepalen, zodat teammanagers beslissingen kunnen nemen om hun helpdeskdiensten te verbeteren.<\/p>\n<p>Standaard worden deze enqu\u00eates naar klanten verzonden binnen 24 uur nadat een ticket als gesloten is gemarkeerd. De enqu\u00eates vragen klanten om hun ervaring positief of negatief te beoordelen en stellen klanten in staat om hun mening te geven over de service die ze hebben ontvangen. De link naar deze enqu\u00eates verloopt na 10 dagen, waardoor u voldoende tijd heeft om de negatieve ervaringen van een klant te redden en, hopelijk, hen over te halen hun beoordeling te wijzigen. <\/p>\n<p>De automatisering die deze enqu\u00eates verstuurt, vind je in je e-mailinstellingen. Klik op het pictogram Meer toepassingen en selecteer vervolgens het tandwielpictogram om de beheerinstellingen te openen. Klik in de navigatie op E-mails. Hier kunt u het e-mailbericht bewerken dat naar uw klanten wordt verzonden. <\/p>\n<p>Terwijl uw team feedback van klanten verzamelt, kunt u grafieken en diagrammen over de gegevens in de Analytics-toepassing bekijken. Om naar de Analytics-app te gaan, klikt u op het pictogram Meer toepassingen en vervolgens op het pictogram Analytics. Klik in de toepassing Analytics op het menu Grafiekreeks en selecteer Klanttevredenheid om gegenereerde grafieken en grafieken over uw klanttevredenheidsbeoordelingen te bekijken.
