De OneDesk Messenger-app houdt gesprekken georganiseerd, zodat u huidige en eerdere gesprekken kunt bekijken en kunt zien bij welke u betrokken bent.<\/p>\n<p>Het OneDesk Messenger-pictogram voegt een groene cirkel toe die het aantal berichten aangeeft dat u nog moet lezen. Dit geeft je een idee van hoeveel conversaties nieuwe berichten hebben. <\/p>\n<p>Binnen de Messenger-applicatie kun je een gesprek koppelen aan een ticket of een taak of een nieuw ticket of een nieuwe taak maken vanuit het gesprek. Om dit te doen, klikt u op het actiemenu in de rechterbovenhoek van het gesprek en selecteert u in de vervolgkeuzelijst welke actie u wilt ondernemen. <\/p>\n<p>U kunt eenvoudig klanten, klantorganisaties, gebruikers en teams toevoegen aan uw gesprekken door op de knop Toevoegen te klikken. Als het gesprek aan een ticket is gekoppeld, volgen alle ticketvolgers het gesprek ook.<\/p>\n<p>Je kunt ook door al je gesprekken zoeken met de zoekfunctie in de rechterbovenhoek, zodat je de gewenste gesprekken kunt vinden. <\/p>\n<p>Als beheerder kunt u de toegang tot klantgerichte gesprekken van sommige of al uw gebruikers in het detailvenster intrekken.
