Het uiterlijk van uw OneDesk-bot kan worden aangepast en kan reageren op basis van triggers die u instelt.<\/p>\n<p>U kunt het uiterlijk van uw bot bewerken of de afbeelding en naam van de botavatar instellen op een van uw klantenondersteuningsleden. Om uw bot aan te passen, klikt u op Meer toepassingen, Beheer en vervolgens op Bedrijfsvoorkeuren. Onder Bot-instellingen kunt u de botnaam en avatar wijzigen.<\/p>\n<p>Om online en offline begroetingen en offline berichten in te stellen, klikt u op de toepassing Messenger. Hier kunt u de begroetingen op de welkomstpagina instellen. De bot zal antwoorden wanneer uw team offline is.<\/p>\n<p>U kunt ook geautomatiseerde antwoorden maken die de bot namens u verzendt. U kunt dit doen door workflowautomatiseringen te maken op basis van tickets, taken of projecten. We zullen bijvoorbeeld een botreactie maken voor verzoeken om wachtwoordherstel.<\/p>\n<p>We gaan de filters instellen voor wanneer een ticket wordt aangemaakt en of er een trefwoord &#8216;wachtwoord&#8217; in staat. Selecteer vervolgens voor de actie &#8216;bericht invoegen\/maken&#8217; en zorg ervoor dat het bericht wordt gepost door &#8216;Bedrijfsbot&#8217;. U kunt hier het bericht toevoegen dat de bot naar uw klanten of teamleden stuurt en dynamische eigenschappen aan het bericht.
